White Blends
White blends are comprised of a blend of different grapes. They can be oaked and unoaked, and some blends combine the two. Oak-aged white wine blends have more vanilla, honey, and cream flavors. Unoaked blends tend to foreground fruit flavors and have a crisper, lighter flavor profile.
Best served with:
Meat/ Fish: Shellfish, chicken, turkey
Cheese: Gouda, Havarti, Brie, Goat
Sweets: Vanilla flavored desserts, apple or pear desserts, creme brulee
